Accommodations…
All homes, condos and cottages are privately owned, individually furnished and equipped for housekeeping with basic items provided, usually including pillows, blankets, cookware, flatware and dishes. Other small appliances such as beach chairs, grills, radios, etc. may not be provided. We do not provide additional furnishings or appliances. Linens, bed sheets and towels, paper and soap products are not furnished. Many cottages have locked closets or utility areas which are the owner’s private storage. Please respect the privacy of these areas. None of our Owners allow pets at any time. Every effort has been made to assure our descriptions are accurate, however, we cannot be held responsible for printing errors or changes made by Owners in furnishing and/or equipment. Please realize that we cannot make substitutions or give refunds upon your arrival for inclement weather, maintenance problems or disruption in utility services (including cable TV) or any other situation that is not under our control. All properties require a Security Deposit and a non-refundable Reservation Fee of $75.00 paid prior to check in, and all properties are subject to availability.
